Brief, budget, big ideas
Agency appointment
With a brief and budgets agreed, we’ll share a proposal that encompasses our plans to bring your vision to life and introduce you to the team that will be working on your project.
This could include initial sketches and mood boards, a schedule of works and any additional approvals that we need to get from you.
Discovery sessions
Acting as an extension of your team, we’ll arrange discovery sessions that help us understand the intricacies of the project, ensuring we have a clear understanding of your goals.
This influences our design briefs and develops clear KPI’s, ensuring you see a strong ROI.
Design, draw, develop
Full designs will be presented with the opportunity to make any amends before final sign-off. With our previously agreed deadlines in mind, we’ll work to the project timeline to finalise drawings and development for your sign off.
The build takes place at our purpose-built Midlands facility, where our expert team shares your vision and your passion, and you can always swing by to see progress.
Build, install, de-rig
Ahead of the build, quality control checks will be performed rigorously. At the event, the build team will work seamlessly with your team bringing the space to life. At the end of the event a stress-free de-rig and the agreed storage method of the space will be actioned.
After every event, a de-brief will be scheduled with the team to ensure you’re delighted with the outcome and offer any additional support.
