THE BRIEF

Haier approached KBB Birmingham with clear ambitions for the European market.

The first was growth. Haier is pushing to become one of the top three major appliance brands in Europe, with a strong focus on expanding its built-in kitchen range. For their exhibition stand at KBB, this meant communicating quality, innovation, and confidence. It needed to attract attention in a busy hall, demonstrate the products in action, and give visitors a clear sense of where the brand is heading.

What we delivered

Live cooking experience on the Haier exhibition stand at KBB
A collaborative live cooking experience
At the centre of the stand, we built a fully functioning cooking area designed for live demonstrations. This became the natural focal point of the space. It created energy on the stand while giving the team a practical way to show the performance and features of the products. It was a working demonstration space that helped visitors understand exactly how the appliances perform in a real kitchen setting.

A 360° product experience
The stand was designed so visitors could explore Haier’s range from every direction. Each section of the space focused on a different product category, allowing guests to move through the stand and see the full portfolio. Large-scale graphics and strong visual messaging supported each zone, helping guests to understand the technology and design behind the appliances.

A multi-functional social space
Haier’s exhibition space worked in several ways at once. Visitors could explore the appliances, enjoy food prepared during demonstrations, sit down for conversations, or simply pause with refreshments. It allowed the Haier team to move easily between showcasing products and having meaningful conversations with potential partners and customers.

The most valuable outcome was the quality of interest and leads generated on the day.

The stand gave Haier the right setting to present its technology, its design thinking, and its ambition for the European market. Visitors were fully engaged and experienced firsthand how the technology enhances everyday cooking.
