A flagship store pop-up where retail met racing.

THE BRIEF

In Puma’s largest European flagship store, Envisage partnered with PolyWorks Studio to deliver a high-impact pop-up celebrating the Puma x McLaren collaboration and the launch of the 2026 Formula 1 car.

Situated on one of the busiest retail streets in the UK, the activation needed to cut through constant footfall and stop passers-by in their tracks. The goal was to reinforce the collaboration between two performance-led brands, and support commercial momentum around the launch collection.

What we delivered

Puma and McLaren pop-up in Oxford Street
Immersive graphic environments
We produced and installed high-impact graphics across the space, including floor vinyls, stretch-frame fabric graphics, and carbon fibre–wrapped display plinths. Each element was designed to reinforce the McLaren racing identity while staying true to Puma’s retail aesthetic, creating a cohesive visual system for the store.

A one-off launch experience
The space was designed to feel exclusive and time-limited, encouraging visitors to slow explore and engage with the collaboration. By clearly showcasing both brands and highlighting the partnership, the activation felt distinct from the permanent store environment, more like a launch event than a standard retail display.

A space designed for performance
We manufactured and installed the main stage for the McLaren 2026 car reveal, alongside a dedicated TV display area for campaign content and live visuals. The stage was finished in a durable, high-spec black surface to give the car a clean, polished backdrop and help it stand out under store lighting. The structure was engineered to handle high footfall and live-event conditions while keeping the look refined and intentional.

THE EXPERIENCE

The pop-up became a focal point for the flagship opening, bringing together motorsport fans, fashion-focused shoppers, and curious Oxford Street footfall.

It acted as a celebration of both brands while introducing new audiences to Puma’s performance-led retail direction. The activation generated significant attention in-store and supported strong commercial performance around the launch range.
