THE BRIEF

Qualys hosts ROCon as a respected event for senior security leaders and practitioners.

For their annual event, they wanted the environment to make a strong, brand-led statement while remaining consistent across several rooms. The space needed to feel connected, well considered, and memorable for guests. The aim was to create an experience that people would value being part of and clearly remember after the event.

What we delivered

Qualys ROC experience at their ROCon event
A purpose-built ROC experience hub
At the centre of the event space, we created a control room-style environment that placed the Qualys ROC system at the heart of the layout. The structure, screens, and positioning worked together to make this a natural focal point for guests. This area gave visitors an accessible way to understand the technology and quickly became one of the most shared and photographed parts of the event.

A structured partner showcase area
We designed and built bespoke joinery to form 11 uniform demo booths for Qualys’ cybersecurity partners. Each booth was finished with individual graphics to give every partner a space that felt distinct while still maintaining a consistent and on-brand look across the area. This layout allowed guests to move easily between partners while giving each exhibitor a professional space to present their tools and expertise.

A guest-focused brand experience
The environment was designed to offer more than a typical conference or speaking session setup. The layout guided guests to move between demonstrations, workshops, and conversations throughout the day. Each part of the space had a clear purpose, helping to maintain energy and interest while allowing guests to make the most of their time.
